Líneas de investigación

La especialidad del Dr. Ruiz esta asociado con cambios moleculares y estructurales durante la ontogenia de frutos.

Las líneas de investigación que el Dr. Ruiz están manejando son las siguientes:  

  • Modificaciones moleculares durante el desarrollo, maduración y vida postcosecha de frutos
  • Respuesta moleculares de frutos tropicales durante el ataque de diversas plagas
  • Proteómica vegetal enfocado a modificaciones postraduccionales
